“ I am a tough critic and I never write reviews but I cannot stop raving about my experience. I was moving across the country and needed a car for when I arrived in a week. I was scouring the internet for a car I liked but nothing had what I liked until I found Arrowhead. I had inquired about a car online in the evening well after 7pm and received an email early next morning from Brandon, Arrowheads General Manager. We had gone back and forth, me asking a million questions, Brandon answering them all in full detail with quick response, finally getting to a price I felt comfortable with. Nothing about our emails felt judged, pushy, rude, cold. I felt like a person not like I was a $. Brandon is a rockstar, I can't thank him enough. “ We had a very good experience buying a pre-owned car here. We are new to Phoenix so we didn't have an established dealership relationship. During our car search, it was unbelievable how many dealerships outright lie in their online ads (AutoTrader, etc.) For example, lots of them list the wrong car year, model, advertised price is without tons of add-on fees, or the advertised price is for finance-only, etc. We chose Arrowhead BMW because on the phone they were pretty upfront. Except for the AZ mandatory doc fee of $599, which is a little more than other dealerships I called, there were no other junk fees. And they gave us a fair deal on our trade-in. Erez was our salesperson--he was very personable, professional and knowledgeable! The dealership allowed us to take the car to our mechanic for an independent inspection and our guy said the car was in great condition. Their detail department is fantastic--the car looks like new! It was a MUCH better experience overall than a couple other dealerships we visited. ”

“ So happy to have given Arrowhead BMW a second chance! A few months ago i started looking at new BMW’s because my lease on my 2017 was almost ending, so we were just seeing what we were going to switch into. We went and had the horrible experience of dealing with Rus (if you happen to get him as a sales guy, ASK for Chris, unless you dont mind being treated like garbage) and he showed us a car we liked and proceeded to treat us like GARBAGE and harass on on the phone after we decided not to deal with him....i vowed NEVER to step foot in there again, even for service i was willing to drive from Buckeye (where i live) to Scottsdale for service because of Rus....... Anyways a few months later I start to get calls inviting us to come look for a new car, so I explained why I wouldn’t come back, and eventually i got someone high up who assured me things changed and to give them a second chance. So we did. I saw the commercial for the M235i and it was love at first sight, so off we went. Chapman was where we initially went and they were not willing to stick by their own deal 🤷‍♀️ So we started talking to Brandon at Arrowhead and am SO glad he hooked us up with Chris! Brandon and Chris worked tirelessly to get the car i test drove from Chapman to their lot, and it was a process as Chapman did not want to cooperate. But After a bit of back and forth they got it and Brandon honored the original deal, and Chris made it an easy process! Chris went above and beyond what we ever expected and we will be lifelong clients of his! Russ made it a point to continue staring and giving dirty looks the whole time we were there, and his behavior was COMPLETELY unprofessional and disrespectful, but Chris and his professionalism and friendliness made the process so so so good!!! Id definitely NEVER but another BMW frim anyone other than Chris!!! We will follow and remain his lifelong clients from this point on!!! My ONLY suggestion would be for Rus to be terminated, or have him take classes on how to treat clients!!! Thank You Chris! We LOVE our car!!!
