But I just wanted to give these guys a good review based on the time they spent helping me with a vehicle (Porsche 911) that I was considering buying. As an out of state buyer I appreciate the way these guys have the "can do" attitude with anything even though it may cause more effort on their behalf (not so with some dealers). My personal thanks to my salesman Dezmond Miller who was very pleasing to work with and did everything I asked him to do. “ For years I've heard whispers from my east valley BMW friends that "BMW Arrowhead is worth the drive." I didn't really buy into the rumors. I wasn't about to drive across town to buy or service a BMW. However, after researching I4 lease deals online and visiting a few of "east valley" BMW dealers, I decided to reach out to Arrowhead BMW and they delivered. The attitude I got from the "east valley" BMW dealers was: "Pay the listed price or kick rocks." They didn't care about the special deals I had found through California brokers. And they certainly were not willing to negotiate. I reached out to BMW Arrowhead and spoke with Tyler (sales). I told him about the broker offer out of California I had in hand and gave him a chance to match or beat it. He called me back in 30 minutes. His numbers were close enough that I decided to lock in the deal. Paul (also sales) met my wife and I at the dealership on a Monday night and stayed until an hour after closing to finish the deal and take some photos for us with our new I4. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We couldn't take delivery that night as the car had to be cleaned, but BMW Arrowhead delivered the car to my wife's office in Scottsdale the next day (freshly detailed) and then later delivered the I4 electric charger to our house in Chandler (as they forgot to bring it to Scottsdale. Whoops). Great service! Tyler (the GM) was involved in our deal and checked in from time to time to make sure everything went smoothly. I also found that impressive. If you are considering a BMW purchase or lease and live in the east valley, don't count out BMW Arrowhead. From my experience, it was indeed worth the drive. ”

We had gotten here right after the service center closed but they grabbed a mechanic and got it open. There were 3 associates out trying to get it open before the mechanic came out, I wish I had gotten their names because they saved my night! ”
