As our friends and communities where we serve start to really feel the impact of COVID-19, at Arrowhead BMW, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize two things: 1) the health and well-being of our customers, our employees and the community, and 2) to do our part to support local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the COVID-19 virus.
As the situation surrounding the coronavirus continues to evolve, we will continue to act with vigilance and concern for the well-being of our customers, employees and families. Our decisions have been and will continue to be informed by the most current information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and is guided by our vision and values to serve the families and communities of Glendale and surrounding areas. With that in mind, we have taken precautionary steps in response including a more extensive cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing protocol throughout our entire facility from the showroom to our service areas. In a similar manner to the preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs within our facilities, all of our vehicles will go through a thorough multi-step cleaning process. 
While it is a pillar of our friendly business approach to greet all guests with a handshake and a smile, we have advised all members of our BMW Center to suspend handshakes and physical contact with guests and one another, as we take precautionary measures against spreading illness.
In addition, anyone in our facility is restricted from reporting to in-person duties at our facility without self-quarantine if they have been exposed to a COVID-19 patient, or if they have traveled to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC).
We will continue to closely monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) and follow the guidance from the leading government and health authorities. We will remain vigilant in maintaining our high standards of safety and cleanliness. If necessary, we will take any additional precautions required to ensure that we are taking the actions to best protect our customers, employees, and the communities where we operate.
In the meantime, we hope that you as our customer and friend understand that your Arrowhead BMW experience may look a little different as we navigate through this time together. In efforts to embrace suggested social distancing, we have launched our Concierge Services -- we will venture out on the open road, so you don't have to. If you are located within a 50 mile radius of our BMW Center, we invite you to take advantage of these services including pick-up and return services for appointments in our Service Department, as well as delivery service of your new vehicle, direct to the comfort of your own driveway.
