I really enjoyed my experience with Joseph Morelli when he came out to look at my truck to purchase from me. He was very cordial, polite, courtesy, and spoke as though he was very trustworthy. I thought he was very cheery and smiley, answered all my questions if he didn’t know, he would call his manager, everything he said that I had doubts about about the process or your company, all ended up being truthful and working out for the best. I think if you can keep him employed for long-term, he’s gonna move up the company ladder.

Everybody I talked to at the dealership, including the front desk, sales, finance and the owner was very welcoming and made me feel important before, during and after the sale. Amanda really stood out as my sales consultant. She knows the ins and outs of all the pre-owned luxury cars there. Lexus, Infinity, Mercedes, BMW and the Acura TXL I bought. Patrick Esho in finance was also fantastic—super fast but very thorough in explaining all the documents. Highly recommend!

Never stepped foot inside their dealership, yet I managed to get a good deal, thanks to Cole. Guided me through the purchasing process, up to delivering the vehicle that I wanted ( gas tank wasn’t full though, Ha!).
